Workshop: Dantian Rotations in Taijiquan


The goal of this class is to connect your whole body to your lower dantian
(a central junction point/pivot between your lower back and navel).

To achieve this, we will focus on the spiral rotations of Chen style’s silk reeling movements in conjunction with Hunyuan’s version of full body circles. We will explore opening and stretching our joints via slow coordinated movements in order to develop whole body power.
